Example of why machine translations are bad

imagebam.com
しょうがない子 means "you're such a handful" (like when a mother is talking to her child).

This is composed of 2 words:
しょうがない shouganai (handful, can't do anything about)
ko (child)

However, Google Translate breaks the phrase into 3 incorrectly, and makes it:
しょうが shouga (ginger)
ない nai (none)
ko (child)

And comes up with something completely random. This is why machine translations are not accurate.
