Installing custom ROMs on a LG G2 with Android 4.4.2

Installing a custom ROM on an LG G2 (D802 international version) updated to 4.4.2 is a pain.

Here are the steps to take:

1. Root it.

2. Install a custom recovery image.

At this point the custom recovery can be used to flash the ROM, but the screen will NOT rotate because AOSP does not support it. So you have to do one more step:

3. Modify the modem.

4. Download and flash your ROM and Google apps in the custom recovery.

5. Reboot and finished.
